FAQ

General Questions

  • How do I get a monthly permit if I'm a new parker??

Our parking facilities with monthly parking offer several ways to set up monthly parking.

    1. Set up an account via our online registration using any major credit/debit card.  Follow the prompts to select the parking lot and purchase your monthly permit before the 1st of the month. Your permit will then be mailed to you.
      1. You will be given the option to purchase month to month or sign up for recurring payments.
      2. Recurring payments will be processed on the 20th of each month and permits will be mailed by the 25th.
    2. For parking facilities using cardkeys or automated vehicle identification devices (AVI or pucks) for access, you will be required to sign up for recurring payments and pay a onetime deposit fee, which will be refunded when you cancel your contract and return your device.

If your permit is being mailed, BE SURE to make your payment at least 7 days BEFORE the beginning of the month so that your permit is received by the 1st of the month.  If you purchase parking too late you can use your transaction receipt for 7 days from date of purchase. Contact our local office if you have any questions.

  • How do I pay a violation?

Violations can be paid in two ways:

    1. Online with a credit/debit card by clicking the violation link. You will need your violation number or your license plate number to search our database.
    2. Mail your ticket and payment to our local office – the ticket envelope is pre-addressed.  Make sure the violation number is included with your payment.

  • How long is my permit valid?

Permits are valid from the 1st of the month that is printed on the permit until the last day of that month.  You will need to pay for and receive a new permit before the 1st of each month.  If you park using an expired monthly permit, you will be subject to a violation, towing or booting.

  • Why was my car towed/booted?

If a vehicle is parked on one of our parking facilities and has not paid the required fee, our signage clearly states that we may elect to ticket, tow or immobilize that vehicle.  Cars that have multiple unpaid tickets may be towed or booted when parked on any of our parking facilities at any time.  We comply with all city laws and ordinances regarding towing and booting.

If your car has been booted, please follow the instructions placed on your vehicle to have the boot removed.  If your car is not at the parking facility when you return, please call your local office for more information or you may call the towing company shown on the signs at our facility.  The numbers for the towing companies are listed below but are subject to change at any time. You will be responsible for paying the tow/booting fee along with all outstanding violations.
