PARKING USAGE GUIDELINES: PARKING FACILITIES USING HANG TAG PERMITS FOR MONTHLY PARKERS:
PLEASE REMEMBER: ANY CAR WHICH DOES NOT DISPLAY A VALID MONTHLY PERMIT MUST PAY THE DAILY RATE TO AVOID TICKETING, TOWING, OR BOOTING.
Payment for monthly parking is due 7 days in advance before the 1st working day of each month.
Upon payment of the monthly parking fee, Park Place will mail you a hang-tag permit showing the month and facility number where the permit is valid. To allow enough time to receive your permit by the 1st of the month via mail, your payment via the PARK PLACE website should be made at least 7 business days before the first of the month. If you have made your payment timely and have not received your permit by the 1st, please contact our local office or your receipt can be used as proof of purchase for up to five days past the first of the paid month.
Your monthly permit is not transferable to any other person. You may move the permit to another vehicle that you drive or update your online profile.
Your monthly permit is valid only for the lot number and only for the month shown on the permit.
When parking at the facility, hang your permit on your rearview mirror with the month FACING the front window. Failure to properly display your permit may result in a violation.
Your monthly permit may not be valid during special events. Park Place reserves the right to charge additional parking fees during special events that do not occur during normal business days and hours.
Monthly permit holders shall adhere to any other parking rules or regulations established by Park Place for specific locations.
The monthly permit does not guarantee a parking space. Park Place issues permits in accordance with projections of usage. If you cannot find an available parking space at the beginning of a normal business day, please contact our local office.
Monthly permit holders may exit and re-enter the facility at any time, but space availability is not guaranteed after the beginning of a normal business day.
Park Place is not obligated to replace lost permits. If you lose your permit, you are required to pay the daily parking rate in order to park at the parking facility. You may contact our local office to discuss replace of your permit.
If you forget to place your permit in your vehicle, you must pay the daily rate in order to prevent your vehicle being ticketed, towed or booted while parked on the parking facility.
You may park in handicapped spaces only if your vehicle has handicapped identification legally authorized by your state.
You may not park in any parking spaces that are marked “reserved” for visitors or other patrons. You may not park in unmarked spaces.
Double parking, blocking the driveway or other cars, taking more than one space or using empty parking spots inappropriately, is strictly prohibited. You may be ticketed, towed or booted for violation of this guideline.
Vehicles using Park Place parking facilities are accepted for parking only. Park Place is not liable for fire, theft, or damage to the vehicle except in cases of Park Place‘s provable negligence. In no event will Park Place assume liability for damage or injury sustained due to faulty brakes or for articles left in the vehicle. Any claim for adjustment must be presented to Park Place before the vehicle is taken from the facility.
Park Place contact information, rates, fees and other information are posted at the parking facility. Customers are required to read and comply with all such instructions.
